The Rev. Christine Gilson, a Rivendell Companion, has been
called to be Rector of Trinity Episcopal Church in El Dorado, KS.
A celebration service was held at Trinity Episcopal Church on
August 31, 2011. Attending were most of the Trinity congregation,
The Right Rev. Dean E. Wolfe, Bishop of Kansas, members of
Christine's family, and Rivendell companions. It was a very nice
service, featuring the Rev. Timothy J. Bettger, Christine's cousin,
as Cantor, and a homily by the Rev. Viginia Brown, Rivendell
Companion and Chaplain.
